Probate Records pertaining to the Estate
of William Washington Mason Probate order book 7, Page 528: Friday, March 17th 1893, 5th day of March Term 1893 In the matter of the Estate of
Comes now Henry J. Wiggs, Administrator of said estate, and submits to
the court his partial account current herein with vouchers in support thereof--- Said Administrator claims credit as per vouchers filed herewith for $ 965.16 and that he has made distribution to the heirs as follows to wit: No. 25

15.00 Which Said report is by the court examined and approved and this cause is continued.
Probate order book 8, Pg 152-153 Monday, December 3rd, 1894, 19th day of Term. In the matter of the Estate Henry J. Wiggs Comes now said Administrator and shows to the satisfaction
of the Court that due and legal notice of the pending of this report had been
given more than two weeks prior to the 19th day of the present Term
of this Court the same being the day fixed by the Clerk of this Court for the
hearing hereof by a publication in the Pike County “Democrat” a Public
Weekly Newspaper of General Circulation printed and published in said County.
And by posting a like notice at the Door of the Court House of Pike
County. And Said Administrator
charges himself with the following amount— He claims credit as per vouchers filed herewith for total credits: $ 284.95
$866.25 And Said Administrator asks Court for amount distributed to
heirs as per their receipts filed herewith Leaving no balance in his hands, said Administrator has made full payment of all claims against said estate, and made distributions to the heirs of said estate, and he asks to be discharged from his trust herein, Which said Report is by the Court examined and approved and said administrator discharged from his trust herein.

William Mason dec’d, and submits the following final report herein showing
that he is chargeable with the following assets of said estate.
To balance I his hands as per last report March Term 1894: To amount collected of James
M. Cockrum Amount collected $90.00 $55.00 To interest collected on the
note of Mrs. Total charges $1151.20 Said administrator claims credit for the following vouchers filed herewith. By loss on the note of Samuel
W. McClure Amount collected 27.00 11.06 By overcharged on the
Inventory of the interest Credits carried over 38.06 Total charges broughtforward 1131.20 Credits carried forward 38.06 No. 1, J. Morgan

4.00 Balance for distribution $8662 Report of distribution And said administrator reports that he has made distribution of said estate as follows. That in his account current heretofore filed he showed that he had made distribution to the heirs of said William Mason dec’d and filed receipts and obtained credit for the sum of thirteen and forty eight and 95/100 dollars. That the said William Mason died leaving six children living and the descendants of four other children making ten shared and he now files the final receipts as follows: No. 4 Mrs. Ollie

4.70 That he has made full payment of all claims against said estate and made distribution to the heirs of said estate and he asks to be discharged from his trust herein. State of Indiana Henry J. Wiggs being duly sworn upon his oath says that the above and foregoing report contains a full true and complete statement of all sums of money received by him belonging to said estate and that all credits claimed in said report are for just and true claims against said estate and were paid by him as herein stated.
